Windy City 6th time round. - 7:43 PM
I had a very intense accounting exam today... it wasn't supposed to be hard, but I thought too long n hard for something I didn't have to. What a surprise. But I did regret not studying SLIGHTLY harder though. Another exam tomorrow, and I'm off to the Windy City!I have a list of things that I want to get while in Chicago:
1) a nice dress coat... bomber jackets just don't go with dress pants
2) jeans... the old ones are either mao mao or bursting at the seams. SIGH.
3) shoes... need new ones for the winter
4) gloves...the old Shanghai xiangyang market ones need to rest...for good.
5) Murad facial wash...people tell me that the brand is expensive, but I've never heard of it before until I stumbled upon it on Sephora.com... I guess it is a lil pricey at $25, but I need to do wadeva I can to save my face!
6) $10 sunglasses from Nordstrom teens department... I bought the first pair during my first winterbreak, and they are awesome. But they are getting a lil scratched up, so I think its time to get new ones if I can find any... there're many reasons to get them. For instance, they're cheap, so I don't feel pain when I throw them around or drop them...n they have a great shape. In fact, I haven't actually found anything else that suits me that well... so hopefully I can find them again.
Also, I'm obviously going straight to the Cheesecake Factory once my train pulls into Union station! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooohoooooooOOOOOO.... I see good food is in order! Plus Ruoxi's already made reservations at some fancy dessert place on Sat when she comes. aiyoh, if this goes on... I don't tink I can even fit into my new jeans!!
