Watching Ice-skating while eating twix - 4:50 PM
The most demoralising sport anyone can watch on TV HAS to be ICE-SKATING. I mean, picture this:You are doing what you normally do best - nuaing in front of the TV in the evening, ready to relax after a TERRIBLY GRUELLING day at school (IN MY OPINION). You switch on the TV and -tadah!- the Winter Olympics is showing on NBC. And then you see these incredibly nimble and lithe girls, guys and gays FLYING across the rink, doing all their leaps and turns and what nots. Your jaw drops - Hell, I sometimes trip over MY OWN feet while walking and here are these people, waltzing on a single blade. OUCH. You look at them - graceful and beautiful.... And then you look at yourself - a miserable LUMP whose ass is perpetually stuck on the chair from 7pm till bedtime. How can I not feel bad about myself?
SO, after feeling bad, of cos I had to do something. I remember I haven't gone to the gym in about a month. DIE. I'm wasting my gym membership. DIE. With Spring Break coming up so soon, I'm damn not in shape. DIE. And so I went to the gym and spent a grand total of 12 minutes on the stairmaster. WHAT?! I used to be able to do 30mins!!! and now?!??! NOW?!??! But really cannot lar. My head was swimming and I wanted to puke. And then I decided that I am lacking sugar, and thats when I bought myself a TWIX bar. =\ Lets just say that I need somemore MORE than ice-skating to motivate me.
