e FLAWED FIVE - 1:24 PM
Hi all! In response to last week's entry about the SENSATIONAL SIX, I thought its only fair that I wrote about the not-so-fantastic guy characters on tv as well... The following are 5 human defects..just like all of us. They're those 'something wrong somewhere' folks...Their flaws are not like 'too possessive' or 'too unromantic', cos thats just -YAWNNN- BORRRRRR-RINGGG... So, on this late night, Ruoying forgoes her sleep/studying time to bring to you...HER list of the FLAWED 5*! eh.. APPLAUSE LEH??!*purely subjective. dun sue me.
1) JOEY, F.R.I.E.N.D.S, played by Matt LeBlanc
Eh, I don't know about you guys... but I prefer someone with a bit more grey matter between his ears. Those things are called BRAINS in case you didn't get it...BUTTTTT!!! In case you Joey fans are coming after me with a parang, I must say that Joey remains as one of TV's most genuine, most affectionate and most hilarious characters cos he's such a GONG-KIA! haha. As Rachel rightly puts it 'Thank god you're(joey) pretty'! Though he leaves stale pizza slices all over his apartment, eats off the carpet and CAN'T hold a decent conversation, Joey remains the favourite F.R.I.E.N.D of many out there simply cos he's such a joy to watch. So, I can't resist but ask 'How're you doing?'
2) WILLY WONKA, CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, played by Johnny DeppJohnny, oh Johnny ...what have you done to yourself? that HAIR? Come on Johnny... you can do so much betta than that! Willy Wonka is not just wacky...not just bizarre.. he is outright CREEPY! Those who scrunched up your faces when you watched him on the big screen..PLEASE... RAISE UR HAND! 1-2-3-4-5-..ok, that's almost everyone! If it wasn't him, i BET it was the 1000 OOMPAH LOOMPAH FACES that freaked the hell outta ya right? Yikes. The only person with worse hair than him in the history of movies is probably SEVERUS SNAPE. (btw, I can't put snape on this list cos peishan adores him and she'll kill me and deny me accomodation when I go to chicago nx time) But I think Shiyun still wants to marry Willy Wonka cos he can provide her with all the candy and chocolate in the world. Imagine living in a chocolate (CADBURY MARBLE OF COS) castle...hmmm now thats a delicious thought!
3) PETER PARKER aka SPIDERMAN, SPIDERMAN the MOVIE, played by TOBEY MAGUIREYes ok. You CANNOT fathom why he's here right? I know alot of you will go 'WHAT? HE'S MY HERO LOR... He's P.P and I'm M.J! AND U PUT HIM HERE IN THIS LIST. I RESENT THIS 100%. U BETTA TAKE HIM OUT NOWwwww!!!!'.... can you just relax or not? All I wanna point out is, I DON'T like men in leotards...superhero or not. sheesh.
4) SHREK, SHREK the MOVIE, played by The Green OgreUnless you're a cartoon character and happen to be a green orgre... or you can be blue, yellow, red or even pink for that matter...SHREK will come across as a monster. Yes, he's sweet... But he's also 100 other things you wouldn't wanna live with. EEW. Even when he took that potion which transformed him into a supposedly hunk, I didn't find anything hunky abit it at all lor! Come on folks, whoever said LOOKS DON'T MATTER is seriously disturbed.
5) PCK, Phua Chu Kang, played by Gurmit SinghHow can I forget him? I spent a few yrs of Thursday evenings not doing homework and watching his show for god's sake! PCK is an MAJOR turn off. Permed hair... CHECK. Gigantic, unsexy mole on right cheek... CHECK. Extra long fingernail on pinky that desperately needs trimming...CHECK. Passe yellow boots (so NOT a fashion statement)... CHECK. So what's there to like? His singlish lor? And oh, cos he's best in Singapore and JB!! (btw, can u all remember the SARS song he sang... SARS IS THE VIRUS, THAT I WANT TO MINUS or something... HAHAHAHHAHHAHHAHA)
OK folks. THats all for now. Have to go study for this test that i MUST get like, FULL MARKS for. Any chance of that happenning? Not at the rate I'm going.
Oh BTW, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Ruoxi who turns 2* (fill in numerical urself) today! Go out and get urself a nice gift and erh.. charge it to Pa's card! (SHSS u didn't hear it from me)
